These terms govern your use of AEC Integrations (the "service"), an independent directory and review platform for software integrations used in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. The service is operated by The WBS Project (the "operator", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What the service is
AEC Integrations catalogues software products, the vendors that make them, and the integrations between them, alongside community reviews. We are an independent directory: we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the vendors we list, and we do not sell ranking position. Our editorial judgment and search ranking are algorithmic and are never influenced by payment.
The service is provided for general informational purposes to help AEC teams evaluate software. It is not professional, legal, procurement, or engineering advice, and it is not a substitute for your own evaluation and due diligence.
How listings are sourced
Listings are compiled from publicly available information: vendor websites, public documentation, public integration marketplaces, and similar sources, together with information contributed by the community and, where applicable, confirmed by vendors. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that any listing is complete, current, or error-free. How we source listings and how to request a correction is described in our Listing Accuracy Policy.
Reservation of rights to correct or remove
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to add, edit, correct, reclassify, or remove any listing, review, or other content, for example to fix a factual error, reflect that a product or company is defunct, or enforce these terms or our Review Guidelines. We are under no obligation to list, or to continue listing, any product, vendor, or integration.
Reviews are opinions
Reviews and ratings published on the service are the opinions of the individuals who submitted them, not statements of fact by the operator and not our endorsement. We apply moderation and basic anti-abuse measures (see our Review Guidelines), but we do not independently verify every statement in a review and we are not responsible for the views expressed. Reviews reflect a reviewer's experience at a point in time and may not reflect a product's current state.
Acceptable use
When you use the service, including submitting a review, request, or correction, you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or content you do not have the right to share;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- submit reviews in exchange for compensation, or otherwise attempt to manipulate ratings or ranking;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or
- use the service in violation of any applicable law.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, moderate, reproduce, adapt, and display that content in connection with operating the service.
Intellectual property
The service, including its taxonomy, editorial content, design, and software, is owned by the operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Product names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the service belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Disputes
If you believe a listing or review is inaccurate or breaches these terms, please contact us first so we can review it; most issues are resolved this way. Corrections follow the process in our Listing Accuracy Policy; review concerns follow our Review Guidelines.
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], and the courts of [venue] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are versioned and dated; the current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page, and the change history is the public commit log of this repository. Your continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
